PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing pattern boards is able to form grain of wood shape or other various patterns artificially to process panel etc., improves quality of product by taking hint actual texture in case of actual grain of wood pattern, is able to be excellent durability, mass-produce with similar design, to create various board patterns by designing various patterns. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing pattern boards is characterized by the processes of : a process for forming roller metal mold to manufacture roller formed to be protruded pattern of desire pattern; a process for pressing to form mark by caving in pattern of metal mold with intaglio on panel face by passing panel after mediating with fixed thickness and controlling distance formed metal mold roller; a process for first painting to paint with lacquer on panel face formed with sinking pattern; a process for processing through painting with lacquer for numerous times like second painting process after drying and processing for first painting.
