PURPOSE: An electrical conductivity measurement type immunity sensor is provided to exactly analyze and reduce the costs by measuring the conductivity by using 2-electrode system formed with a thin-film IDA electrode and a thick-film electrode, and by using an inexpensive uriase or glucose acid oxidase as a label material of the immunity analysis method. CONSTITUTION: An electrical conductivity measurement type immunity sensor includes a substrate(1), a first IDA(Interdigitated array) electrode and a second IDA electrode(3) formed on the substrate, an anti-body layer(4) immobilized in the first and second IDA electrodes, and insulating layers(5) applied with epoxy resin and formed on the area except the anti-body layer.
