PURPOSE: A mobile phone having a function for playbacking digital music data is provided to listen to music as well as communicate like usual mobile phones by having a function of an audio playback. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone(10) having function for playbacking digital music data has MP3 data storage(109), which stores digital music data, and let a user select and listen to music from MP3 data via an earphone(20). Therefore, the mobile phone(10) can play MP3, which provides clear sound of music data to users. While a user plays music or English conversation study tape from the mobile phone(10) via the earphone(20) if receives a call, the mobile phone(10) stops outputting digital music data and sends a receipt signal, and then a second speaker(203) of the earphone(20) works as microphone by being inputted a answering key(204d) of the earphone(20). And so the user can answer the phone through the earphone(20) equipped in the mobile phone(10).
