In the present invention there is disclosed a pharmaceutical composition for treating state responding positively to inhibition of biosynthesis of leukotrienes and containing (i) a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle and (ii) a urea derivative of the general formula I, in which the substituents have specific meanings.
