The proposed device has at least two spinning mechanisms (80) for spindleless spinning being mounted side-by-side in a spindle rotor (7). Said spinning mechanism (80) shafts are performed as hollow shafts (8.1) forming drawing-off channels of yarns (a) and having their outer ends connected with a vacuum source and further having a centering eye (13) lying in elongation of the spindle rotor (7) axis for bringing spun yarns (a) formed in the spinning mechanisms (80) together. Further the device is provided with a winding mechanism for winding a twisted thread and being situated behind the centering eye (13). The spinning mechanisms (80) for spindleless spinning in the form of rotors (8) are mounted symmetrically to the spindle rotor (7) hollow shaft (6) axis, which rotor (7) has inside an axial channel (6.1) in front of outer end thereof there is situated a feeding mechanism of fibrous material and whose inner end is followed up with the fibrous material supply channels (6.2, 6.3) leading to the spinning mechanisms (80). The spindle rotor (7) is mounted at least partially in a vacuum space (21) being connected to the vacuum source that is connected with a vacuum chamber (20), in which the spinning mechanisms (80) are disposed.
