<p>In the invented system for braking breech (1) of self-loading or automatic hand-held firearms by withdrawal of powder gases the barrel (2) is provided in front of a cartridge chamber (21) with at least one passage (23) performed obliquely forward in the direction to the barrel muzzle (2) and having its outlet in front of a bearing surface (9) that is fixedly coupled with the breech (1). The passage (23) is preferably performed in a transient cone (22) of the barrel (2) and has its outlet in front of the bearing surface (9) of an ejection window (8), whereby the ejection window (8) bearing surface (9) is heightened.</p> |
