PURPOSE: A gravy prepared by this method helps to treat geriatric disease such as diabetes or hypertension if people who have acid constitution take. CONSTITUTION: A gravy that has intensive alkalinity is prepared by putting ginger, ginseng and spices in processed wild duck and pickling for 3 days; toasting green peas with salt in soup which generates during pickling process; adding the soup generated during toasting process to seasoned wild duck meat, and boiling; adding noodle to the boiled soup. |
