PURPOSE: A structure of rubber vibration isolator mounted to an elevator is provided to achieve an improved ride comfort while preventing damage of the rubber vibration isolator and adopting a spring. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a tapered base panel(12), a spring(11), a rubber vibration isolator(5), and an upper panel(13). The base panel(12) has a bottom plane surface to be adhered to a car frame of elevator and a groove having a predetermined diameter at a center of the base panel(12). The spring(11) is installed in the groove of the base panel(12) so as to buffer a vertical vibration of a passenger cage. The rubber vibration isolator(5) is arranged at a tapered surface of the base panel(12) so as to reduce a side force by buffering a horizontal vibration of the passenger cage. The upper panel(13) is tapered so as to cover the spring(11) and an outer surface of the rubber vibration isolator(5) and has a plane upper surface so as to be adhered to the passenger cage.
