DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC ACID CONTAINING INK AND METHOD FOR VERIFYING DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC ACID

PURPOSE: A deoxyribonucleic acid containing ink, which is used for manufacturing printed matter containing characteristic deoxyribonucleic acid information of the individual used and products containing ink containing various deoxyribonucleic acids, and a method for verifying deoxyribonucleic acid are provided. CONSTITUTION: A deoxyribonucleic acid containing ink contains amplified deoxyribonucleic acid of 10¬2-10¬7 copy per 1 microliter of ink, wherein the deoxyribonucleic acid is amplified by polymerase chain reaction. The method for verifying deoxyribonucleic acid comprises steps of: (i) preparing printed matter by the deoxyribonucleic acid containing ink; (ii) purifying deoxyribonucleic acid from the printed matter; and (iii) amplifying the deoxyribonucleic acid by the polymerase chain reaction.
