PURPOSE: An anti-slip mat is provided, which is made by applying plastics particles to base plate, prevents safety accidents and can be applied to a doormat, stairs and a hospital. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slip mat(A) is produced by the steps of forming an uniform thickness of a board(11) to a top part of an endless belt by supplying plastic sol to an upper part of a removing device being rotated repeatedly by a motor; preforming pressing with a roller after providing crushed plastic particles(12) to a top face of the formed board; heat adhering step passing the preformed plastic mat through a hot blast device composed of an electric heater and a heat chamber to melt and fix the plastic particles to the board; cooling the formed mat resulted in water and getting the cooled mat on a reel.
