PURPOSE: A combined building management system is provided to build the combined system regardless of kinds of sub systems to reduce maintenance costs, by configuring transmission control protocols/internet protocols(TCPs/IPs) in each sub system as including middleware modules for transmitting data communication and commands in the TCPs/IPs. CONSTITUTION: A combined building management system comprises many sub systems(100-102), a building combined management system(150), and a database server(160). The sub systems control taxes/health, power/illumination, parking, and elevators. The building combined management system receives information of the sub systems through a transmission control protocol/internet protocol(TCP/IP) Ethernet local area network(LAN), and controls the information. The database server stores data transmitted from the sub systems, and transmits the data according to events of the building combined management system. The sub systems include middleware modules for transmitting data communication and commands regardless of converters converting into TCPs/IPs.
