PURPOSE: A solution to the trouble in BSM(Base Station Management System) is provided to figure out the trouble immediately and treat the trouble. CONSTITUTION: A solution to the trouble in BSM(Base Station Management System) comprises the following parts; a trouble management device which figure out trouble periodically, an automated trouble analyzing device which analyzes and suggest the solution. A solution to the trouble in BSM comprises the steps of; a trouble management device sends the trouble information data to run an automated trouble analyzing device, receiving the trouble information data and running the device, sending the trouble shooting response data to the trouble management device.
