The invented switchboard box contains farmed stand (10) being provided with horizontal frame sections (11, 12) forming bottom and upper frame (10.1, 10.2) that are in their corner regions connected by means of vertical frame sections (30). These vertical frame sections (30) are symmetrical with respect to cross-sectional diagonals passing through virtual vertical outer edges of the framed stand. Greater flexibility of accessories, particularly that of instrumentation being built-in the switchboard box interior is achieved by installation of the vertical frame sections (30) performed so that they are turned by their open internal space, formed by their two inner walls (33, 34) and arranged in the vertical frame section (30) longitudinal direction inward the box, so that vertical assembly beams (50) can be installed in this internal space. At the same time the assembly beams (50) are provided with rows of attachment holes (56, 57), the inner walls (33, 34) with rows of attachment holes (56, 57), section sides (31, 32) with rows of attachment holes (37, 37.1) and horizontal cross beams (40), if used, with rows of holes (44a, 44b). Both the rows of attachment holes (56, 57) and attachment holes (37, 37.1) are placed in a parting grid.
