<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing construction materials or porcelain production using sludgy is provided which prevents soil pollution and water pollution from industrial waste or foul water, and can economize inorganic mineral by using sludge. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing comprises; mixing process of yellow soil or clay and sludge as proper ratio according to class of removed sludge, after that, adding and mixing process of SiO2 to mixture of yellow soil or clay and sludge; general pugging process to increase stability and uniformity of the mixture; the first mixture drying process to dry the mixture by using waste heat of tunnel kiln; vacuum pugging process which is re-pugged the dried mixture through vacuum pugging device at the vacuum state; semi-production drying process which is dried the second drying the semiproduction obtained through the vacuum pugging process; plastic process of the semi-production through tunnel kiln at 100-1200°C for 12-18 hours.</p> |
