摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A high temperature superconductive low frequency mixer is provided, which can be used in a microwave range and has a good packing property. CONSTITUTION: The mixer includes a superconductive resonator(22) and an input line(21) transmitting an RF signal and an LO(Local Oscillator) signal, a bi crystal junction(25) where a frequency transmitted along the resonator is mixed, and an RF choke(26) outputting an IF frequency among the frequencies mixed in the bi crystal junction. First, the RF and the LO signal are sent to the input line, they are transmitted to the superconductive resonator through a gap of 0.3-0.6mm. And, in the resonator, a desired frequency arrives at the bi crystal junction according to the length of the resonator. Then, a mixing by Josephson effect occurs in the junction under the desirable bias current condition, and the IF signal having a frequency difference of two signals is transmitted to the RF choke and therefore a desirable bias current is transmitted to the RF choke part.</p>
