PUNCH SET FOR PROLONG LIFE OF STRIPPER

PURPOSE: A punch set using on a singulation process for ball grid array(BGA) is provided to improve a product quality and an operation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A punch holder(100) includes a punch fixing inserter(102) inserting a punch(110) to a body, and a hole(104) fixing a punch holder to a stripper. A punch fixing inserter is projected from a punch holder. A punch includes two punch fixing holes(114) for inserting it to a punch holder. A side face of a punch forms a slanting line(B) to be fixed in cooperation each other when 4 punches are assembled by inserting to a punch fixing inserter, so respective position is maintained firmly. It also results in reduction of abrasion of a stripper fixing a punch set.
