摘要 PURPOSE: A visual formation method with unified ink-jet and toner methods is provided to supply a minimized device with high speed and quality print capabilities that unifies ink-jet printer and laser printer into one device and enables the ink-jet printer to process color prints and laser printer to process non-color prints CONSTITUTION: A visual formation method with unified ink-jet and toner methods is composed of distinction, transmission, confirmation, and printing. Controller(10) confirms whether print data has been received from the computer through the interface device(80)(S601). If received, system is warmed up(S602). Controller sends print data to signal processor(20) and signal processor distinguishes data into color visual information(CVI) and black visual information(BVI)(S603). Controller determines whether visual information distinguished by signal processor is a color print, which contains CVI(S604). If a color visual print operation, paper provider operator(50) is controlled and paper provider(110) is spun in step-wise mode(S605). When spin is initiated, controller transmits distinguished CVI, which has been distinguished by the signal processor, to ink-jet mechanism(130)(S606). Ink-jet mechanism is controlled according to transmitted CVI and print process is executed(S607). During execution of color print process, controller confirms whether paper provider's sensor knob(184) has been detected in location detection sensor(183)(S608). When sensor knob is detected, controller spins paper alignment/provider drum(110) at a constant speed(S609), a fixed plus voltage is supplied(S610), and BVI distinguished by second engine(40) is transmitted(S612). When BVI print process is completed through same process, print paper is separated by drum and transmitted to fixing device(150) by controller operating release rib(140)(S613). Fixing device settles and dries ink and toner through heat and pressure, and completes process by discharging it to exterior(S614).
