PURPOSE: A feed composition containing lylite and chitosan for domestic animals and hatchery fish and a preparing method thereof are provided which mix properly lylite, chitosan, plant extracts, activated carbon, and fermenting microorganisms with grains composed of crude proteins, crude ether extract(fat), crude fiber, crude ash, calcium, phosphate and moisture, so it provides a proper nutrient to animals, improves a feed efficiency and a digestive function by regulating a moisture and preventing a loose feces in the intestines, and elevates the quality of meat and the productive value of domestic animals and hatchery fish. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition containing lylite and chitosan for domestic animals and hatchery fish is composed of 40-60 wt% of grains, which is composed of 20-50% of crude protein, 3-10% of crude ether extract(fat), 3-10% of crude fiber, 20-40% of crude ash, 1-5% of calcium, 3-10% of phosphate and 20-50% of moisture, 30-50 wt% of lylite, which is composed of 50-70% of SiO2, 20-30% of Al2O3, 0.2-10% of Mn, 0.4-1.2% of CaO2 and 0.5-2% of K, 3-8 wt% of chitosan, 2-3 wt% of plant extracts, which are extracted from green tea leaves, the skin of Japanese apricot, pine needles and mugwort, 2-3 wt% of activated carbon, 0.1-0.3 wt% of fermenting microorganisms. A preparing method of the feed composition is composed of the following steps; mixing the fermenting microorganisms with water dissolved brown sugar; adding grains, lylite, chitosan, pulverized plant extracts, activated carbon into the mixture and stirring; fermenting the mixture in the fermenter at the condition of 40-60% of moisture and 30-45°C of temperature for 3 days; drying at below 40°C and sealing.
