PURPOSE: A buffering device for a vehicle is provided to reduce a noise of a buffering spring and to prevent a deformation and a damage resulted from the accumulation of a shock. CONSTITUTION: A buffering device for a vehicle comprises: a cylinder tube (121) to be full of oil; a piston rod (123), one side of which is inserted into the cylinder tube and have a reciprocating motion, the other side (142) is extended to the outer of the cylinder tube; a couple of (131)(132) to be mounted on the cylinder tube and the piston rod; a buffering spring (140) to be compressed according to a motion of the piston rod, to wind a coil, and to replace the piston rod, where the buffering spring consists of a one side part where the winding is started on, the other side part where the winding is ended on, and a middle part where the winding is compressed.
