摘要 PURPOSE: A dispersion value measurement system of optical fiber is provided to measure dispersion value more precisely by using a small-signal interpretation method and a spectrum rejection filter with specific wavelength of an optical fiber amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A dispersion value measurement system of optical fiber includes followings. A light source emits light signals. An optical modulator(230) modulates light signals after receiving authorization of specific RF signals. An optical amplifier(240) amplifies the modulated light signals. An ASE(Amplified Spontaneous Emission) rejection filter(250) rejects ASE of the amplified signals at specific wave length band. A dispersive medium(260) dispersion-compensates the ASE-rejected light signals. A photoelectric converter(270) converts the light signals of the dispersive medium into electrical signals. A network analyzer(280) analyzes the electrical signals from the photoelectric converter(270), and generates and supplies specific RF signals to a high frequency terminal of the optical modulator(230).
