PURPOSE: A method for recycling a Teflon sheet is provided to recover the Teflon sheet from the burs and slits on the Teflon sheet in order to re-use the Teflon sheet. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling a Teflon sheet includes following steps.. At the first step, the Teflon sheet(4) is rinsed with an oxide detergent for the first time, and is rinsed with an alkali detergent for the second time. At the second step, the surface of the Teflon sheet is dried and the Teflon sheet is heated to a temperature lower than the melting point of the Teflon sheet. At the third step, the Teflon sheet is heated to the melting point. At the forth step, the Teflon sheet is pressed with a roller. At the fifth step, the Teflon sheet is heated again to the melting point of the Teflon sheet. At the sixth step, the Teflon sheet is pressed again with the roller. At the seventh step, the Teflon sheet is slowly cooled. |
