PURPOSE: A protective support is provided, which protects a root part of a tree effectively during digging and moving the tree, can cut down working hours and personnel expenses. CONSTITUTION: A root part protector is composed by connecting a plurality of horizontal belts (2)(2')(2a) and vertical belts(3)(3') at regular intervals to form screen slots, joining waterproof protecting paper(5) to one side of the connected belts, and having connecting means(4)(4') and a length control mean(6) to fix the protector to the root part of a tree by covering the root and connecting the belts. The lowest part of the horizontal belt(2a) is joined to the body by forming small warps with a short length compared to the other belts(2)(2'). A sling is added to the protector to provide easiness of transportation. |
