STATOR FOR ELECTROMOTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A stator for an electromotor and its manufacturing method are provided to increase productivity by simplifying the manufacturing process and to lighten the product by using plastic material. CONSTITUTION: A stator for an electromotor and its manufacturing method include following steps. Magnetic particles which are silicon steel particles are mixed with an engineering plastic material to make a material for the stator. The magnetic material is injection-molded. A central cave(11) is formed in the center of the stator to accommodate a rotor. An equiangular projecting part(13) projected inwardly is formed inside the central cave(11). A driving coil(15) generating magnetism by receiving external power is coiled around the projecting part(13).
