PURPOSE: A tri tube heat exchanger is provided to improve the efficiency of heat exchange by securing small volume and large heat exchange area. CONSTITUTION: A tri tube heat exchanges having a plurality of heat transfer tubes formed with a refrigerant tube and a heater tube, and a fin in the louver shape installed between the plurality of heat transfer tubes and guiding the air for exchanging heat with refrigerant, in which the fin is formed to be uneven with a predetermined pitch in the arrangement direction of the respective heat transfer tubes. The fin is formed in a slow wave of sine wave and made for aluminum. The air is guided to the direction of the louver according to the louver shape of the fin for exchanging heat with refrigerant flowing in the inside of the each refrigerant tube in the surface of each refrigerant tube and the surface of the fin.
