PURPOSE: A method for polling each device of order process system is provided to notify the necessary information desired to be displayed on the device's display, to inform the user of the details regarding the buttons' functions, and to get a hold of each device's current status, all by polling every slave devices that are connected to the master device. CONSTITUTION: A method for polling each device of order process system is composed of transmission, examination, and generation. Polling information is gathered(701), the packet is transmitted to the calling device(15) and it informs the device of all the contents to be displayed on display panel(702). When calling device receives the packet(703), the user examines whether a button has been pressed after the last polling(704). After the examination, if the pressing of a specific button since the last polling is confirmed, appropriate command is generated in accordance to the received packet's order(705), issuing device's issuance registration information is renewed, and each device's display values for the next polling is changed(706¯709). After the examination, if the calling device button, which was selected by the user, has not been processed(if the calling device is locked), user's key input is ignored. |
