SILICA FILM HAVING IRREGULARITIES WHICH HAS EXCELLENT DURABILITY AND WATER REPELLENT GLASS USING IT

摘要

PURPOSE: A silica film which has irregularities having excellent durability is provided to improve coating inferiority of silica film or un-uniformity formed on the surface of glass materials. Also, a water repellent glass using it is provided. CONSTITUTION: A silica film has Rq/Ra which is represented the roughness of surface is 1<Rq/Ra≤ 1.5. Wherein Rq is a square root roughness of a square average and Ra is roughness of a center line average. The water repellent glass is composed of coating silica film and water repellent film at glass materials in order and has Rq/Ra which is 1<Rq/Ra≤1.5.
