PURPOSE: A permanent magnetic motor is provided to reduce the noise and vibration caused by a torque ripple and to repress eventually the torque ripple. CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnetic motor includes the following components; a fixed magnetic core and a slot attached to it; a fixed magnetic coil and a rotating magnetic force(30) which is attached to the inner part of the fixed magnetic flux in order to create space between the inner part and the outer part of the fixed magnetic flux. A rotating magnetic core(31) and a series of permanent magnet(33, 34, 35, 36) are set slantly to the outer part of a rotating magnetic core(31) with an equal distance in between. The outer part of a permanent magnet(33, 34, 35, 36) is set to the outer part of a rotating magnetic force(30) and the inner part is convex. The convex part of a permanent magnet(33, 34, 35, 36) is set to the rotational axis. The thickest part of a permanent magnet(33, 34, 35, 36) is more than twice as thick as the thinnest part of a permanent magnet(33, 34, 35, 36).
