PURPOSE: An apparatus is provides to control the emitted light of a halogen lamp, and to shield a leakage of harmful wave generated from a magnetron of a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a transparent acryl discharging tube(101), a tungsten discharging terminal(102) which shape looks like a needle or wire, an aluminum earth terminal(103), a high voltage circuit(104) supplying drive voltage to a magnetron of microwave oven. An electromagnetic wave radiated from a magnetron is supplied to a cavity of microwave oven. An ionized gas between a tungsten discharging terminal and aluminum earth terminal forms an ionosphere in a cavity. A conductive plasma filter having low transmissivity filters an electromagnetic wave of a magnetron.
