The invented device has on its stick (1) being at its end provided with two flexible forked arms (3, 4) a clamping mechanism (10) that is provided with a control handle (13). Between the arms there is arranged a control element (17), whose contact lands (20a, 21a) bear against the arms (3, 4) and said control element (17) rotation or shift stretches out the arms (3, 4) apart from or contracts them toward each other. The contact lands (20a, 21a) of the control element (17) are performed on rotary location elements (20, 21) that roll on the arms (3, 4) if the control element (17) is shifted or rotated. |
