PURPOSE: An apparatus for mounting a screen correction piece of a deflection yoke is provided to easily prevent the correction piece from derailing when a screen is corrected by having the correction piece inserted into a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mounting a screen correction piece of a deflection yoke comprises a coil separator, horizontal and vertical deflection coils, a correction piece(100) and an element for mounting the correction piece(200). The coil separator further comprises a screen unit, a rear cover and a neck unit(13). The screen unit is coupled to a screen surface of a cathode ray tube. The neck unit is extended from a central surface of the rear cover to be connected to an electron gun of the cathode ray tube. The horizontal and vertical deflection coils form horizontal and vertical deflection magnetic fields, established on internal/external surfaces of the coil separator. The correction pieces are disposed on the rear cover of the coil separator, facing each other, so as to correct a screen. The element for mounting the correction piece is established on the rear cover, in which the correction piece is inserted from the outside and the insertion ends at an inside adjacent to the neck unit.
