PURPOSE: A pattern structure of a driving circuit for a liquid crystal display device is provided to exclude the difference of image quality generated by a delay of a driving signal transmitted through a signal line, and to correspond adequately although many bad pixels exists. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display(LCD) device includes a substrate(2) and a plurality of shift registers(RSs,RSb,CSs,CSb) of driving circuits(10,20). The driving circuits output signals necessary for driving the LCD device. The shift registers are integrated and formed on the substrate. Each pair of the shift registers are formed in a side end of signal lines(DL) patterned on the substrate and forms a pattern structure of two stages. Lines are formed so that the output terminals of the shift registers may be connected or disconnected to the input terminals of the opposite shift registers. One of the shift registers passed a test is selectively connected to the signal lines. The shift register passed the test is connected to a gate line of a thin film transistor.
