PURPOSE: A method for preparing block is provided which prevents the occurrence of pores in the block as finished goods and has improved appearance to maintain the surface smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing block comprises; process for injecting materials into mold; process for applying pressure firstly to injected materials; process for injecting rubble on the upper side of the first applying pressured materials and process for applying pressure to materials which is injected rubble on the upper side; process for demolding the second applying pressured materials, process for spraying cement-milk to demolded materials, process for steam curing the materials which is sprayed cement-milk, and process for grinding the materials which is sprayed cement-milk. |
