In the present invention there are disclosed somatostatin peptides of the general formula I, in which A represents Phe or Tyr in free form, in the form of a salt or in the form of a complex with radionuclide. Those compounds are useful as radiopharmaceuticals provided they are in the form with the complex with radionuclide emitting alpha or beta radiation or with a nuclide having Auger ei- cascades. In the present invention there are also claimed a process of their preparation, pharmaceutical preparation containing them and their use.
