HEAD SLIDER SUSPENSION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A head slider suspension system is provided to improve resistance to an external impact by forming a load beam in a multi-plate spring form and to reduce air resistance generated due to a gap between an upper load beam and a lower load beam by forming a bent portion therebetween. CONSTITUTION: A load beam(41) elastically supports a head slider(30). A base plate(42) couples the load beam(41) with the front end of an actuator arm(50). The load beam(41) consists of an upper load beam(44) and a lower load beam(45) coupled in a dual plate spring form. A bent portion(43) is formed at both ends of the lower load beam(45), bent toward the upper load beam(44). The bent portion(43) is formed as high as to cover the side portion of the upper load beam(44).
