PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning a photosensitive belt for a printer is provided to rotate a pair of brush and cleaning rollers in contact with the photosensitive roller for removing impurities and carrier for removing the impurities from the surface of the photosensitive belt. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cleaning a photosensitive belt for a printer includes a brush roller(22) mounted below a transfer roller(15) for rotating in alternatively contact with the photosensitive belt and first cleaning the photosensitive belt(10) to remove impurities by using a carrier supplied to an outer periphery of the transfer roller, a cleaning roller(24) mounted below the brush roller for rotating in alternatively contact with the photosensitive belt and second cleaning the surface of the photosensitive belt to remove the carrier, and a carrier supply part for supplying carrier to clean the surface of the photosensitive belt with an outer periphery of the brush roller, wherein the impurities on the surface of the photosensitive belt becomes swollen by the carrier and then removed by the brush and cleaning rollers, and the carrier is removed by the cleaning roller.
