摘要 PURPOSE: A controlling method of a BLDC motor(300) is provided to reduce cost and optimize PCB size by reducing the number of Hall sensors(Ha,Hb,Hc)s. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of a BLDC motor(300) includes following steps. In the first step, when an interrupt signal is generated in response to the change of state of Hall sensors(Ha,Hb,Hc), the primary, secondary and tertiary timers are initialized and put into stand-by. A state flag for a sequence control of the Hall sensors(Ha,Hb,Hc) is loaded to RAM. Then it is decided whether a motor(300) is at the starting stage. In the second step, if the motor(300) is at the starting stage, the state value of the Hall sensors(Ha,Hb,Hc) is read for initial starting and the primary timer is operated. After logic corresponding to the initial state value is output, the distance value(T2,T3) between modes corresponding to 60 and 120 degrees based upon the distance value(T1) between modes(90 degrees) is saved in the RAM and returned. In the third step, if the motor(300) is not at the starting stage at the first stage, the location of a rotor by reading the initial state value of the Hall sensors(Ha,Hb,Hc) is decided. The secondary and tertiary timers are operated, and it is decided whether the values of the secondary and tertiary timers are identical with T2 and T3. In the fourth step, if the values of the secondary and tertiary timers are identical with T2 and T3, the timing of the current output signal is compensated and generated. In the fifth step, if the values of the secondary and tertiary timers are not identical with T2 and T3, the timing of the current output signal is generated without compensation and returned.
