PURPOSE: A pillow is provided, which blocks the water vein and the electromagnetic wave and radiates far infrared light. CONSTITUTION: A pillow comprises an inner pillow (2) consisting of an inner pillow skin (21), and cottonwool (22) charged inside the inner pillow skin (21); an outer skin (1) wrapping the inner pillow (2); and a pair of cylindrical auxiliary inner pillows (3). The auxiliary inner pillow (3) comprises a bamboo charcoal (4) which is obtained by burning bamboo at the temperature of about 1,000°C and pulverizing it; the first-stage wrapping cloth (31) which contains the space receiving the bamboo charcoal (4); and cloth (32) which does not pass through the bamboo charcoal powder, passes through only air, and wraps the first-stage wrapping cloth (31).
