MISSING CORRECTION METHOD AND MISSING CORRECTION CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize missing correction effective especially for a burst error with high correction capability. SOLUTION: A demodulator 101 converts modulation data into demodulation data and detects a demodulation error to set a missing flag. An error correction device 104 applies missing correction to demodulated data stored in a demodulation data memory 102 by using the missing flag stored in a missing flag memory 103 and a missing flag delete device 105 instructs delete of the missing flag set in the corrected demodulation data to the missing flag memory 103.
