PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling off preventing tool which is a tool for connecting a cap to the collar of a jacket and is always attached to a cap. SOLUTION: This falling off preventing tool comprises one string 14, a tool 15 for adjusting the bending angle of the string and a collar catching tool 16 to be fitted one end of the string 14. The tool 15 for adjusting the bending angle of the string has at least one hole for temporarily fixing the string 14 and changing a rotation angle.
