<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packaging mushroom in which the outer appearance of the mushroom stored in a packaging bag can be prevented from being damaged due to a circumstance that the mushroom stored in the packaging bag is moved up and down within an inner space of the packaging bag during its transportation or handing. SOLUTION: An upper end 12 of a packaging bag having a mushroom 20 stored therein with three sides 14, 16 and 18 except the upper end 12 being closed is doubled and overlapped to be sealed in a temporary manner. Then, the mushroom 20 is displaced to an inner space of a lower part 104 of the packaging bag with its own weight. After this operation, a middle part 102 of the packaging bag near the upper end of the mushroom 20 above the mushroom 20 stored while being displaced to the inner space of the lower part 104 of the packaging bag is overlapped to be doubled to seal it. Then, a height of the lower part 104 of the packaging bag having the mushroom 20 stored therein is formed to be short in compliance with the height of the mushroom 20.</p> |
