PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a uniform feeding of an ink to an ink distributing roller by providing a specified gap on an ink receiving section of the ink distributing roller in the perpendicular direction to a force being applied to the ink distributing roller. SOLUTION: A specified gap S is provided on an ink receiving section 19a of an ink distributing roller 5. In this case, the direction of the gap S is set in the perpendicular direction to a force F being applied to the ink distributing roller 5. Then, an ink thickness which is thicker than the gap S is formed on an ink fountain roller 3, and a slip between the rollers is prevented from occurring. Also, the ink is not affected by the self weight F1 of the ink distributing roller 5 and a nipping pressure F2 applied from an ink roller 10, which are the force F being applied to the ink distributing roller 5. In additon, the ink fountain roller 3 and the ink distributing roller 5 are formed of a high rigidity structure to prevent a warpage of the rollers in the width direction from being generated, and the gap S is made uniform. By this constitution, an ink of a uniform thickness can be fed to the ink distributing roller 5. |
