摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a control in such a manner that a correction signal to move a plate cylinder is output at the times of an acceleration/deceleration or a low speed of a rotary press, and a frequency to move the plate cylinder is reduced at a normal speed by providing a circuit which changes the frequency to move the plate cylinder in response to the acceleration of the rotary press. SOLUTION: A register location which is recognized by a CCD camera 1 is detected by an image processing circuit 5. By a comparison circuit 6, the location and a reference location are compared, and deflections Xε, Yε in the lateral and vertical directions are set. In the meantime, the revolution number of the spindle of a rotary press, which is output by a rotary encoder 2, is converted into respective signals by speed and acceleration operation circuits 3 and 4, and respective signals are transmitted to a main operation circuit 7. In the main operation circuit 7, a value of a corresponding n is selected from among ones which are set by an n constant setting circuit 8 in advance, and average values of the deflections Xε, Yε are calculated, and motor driving signals Xe, Ye are output. By the driving signals Xe, Ye, motors 9 and 10 for lateral and vertical registers of a plate cylinder 11 are driven, and a register slip is corrected. The constant n is set to be small at the times of an acceleration/ deceleration and a low speed, and set to be large at the time of a normal speed.
