PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out down by simple method and in a short time and to remarkably improve working environment. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the bag decomposing box 2 of a down quilt, a suction device 13 obtained by arranging a suction port 14 at the lower part of this box 2, a lifter device 3 hanging the down quilt in a vertically movable state at the upper part of the box 2, an air jetting device 11 blowing air to the decomposed down quilt to blow down down toward the inside of the box 2 and guide plates 16, 17 guiding blown-down down to the port 14 of the device 13. |
