PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller for automatic beverage supplying machine capable of automatically controlling a suitable temperature close to the boiling point or solidification point of raw water while surely preventing the boiling or freezing and capable of reducing the cost. SOLUTION: The temperature controller for an automatic beverage feeding machine for supplying a beverage in a hot water state is provided with a tank for storing raw water W, a heater for heating the raw water W stored in the tank, a temperature sensor for detecting a water temperature T in the tank, and a controller. When the heater heats up the raw water W, the controller discriminates whether the change degreeΔT/Δt of the water temperature detected by the temperature sensor is less than a prescribed valueαor not (step 14), and when the degreeΔT/Δt is less than the prescribed valueα, a temperature lower than a water temperature TX by a prescribed temperatureβis set up as an upper limit value max1 (step 19). When the water temperature T is lower than the upper limit value max1, the heater is usually driven, and when the water temperature T is raised more than the upper limit value max1, the heater is controlled so as to be stopped.
