PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data reproducing position display device that informs an operator of reproduction position information by displaying the proportion of reproduced data in total data or displaying a reproduction position of the reproduced data by visual information. SOLUTION: A video storage device 1 stores video data, a reproduction time forming a pair with the video data, and the entire reproduction time of the video data and a video display device 3 reproduces the video data sent through a video server 2. Furthermore, a reproduction controller 3 obtains the entire reproduction time and reproduction position information from the reproduction time forming a pair with the video data that are being reproduced and the result is displayed on a display screen 4 as a reproduction elapse state display 9 and a reproduction time information display 17.
