<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail time for semi-melting synthetic resin films in a method for pelletizing the resin films in which the films, after being semi-melted, are cooled. SOLUTION: In a method for pelletizing synthetic resin films in which the resin films are cut or crushed by rotary blades 7 rotating at a high speed and semi-melted by frictional heat generated by cutting or crushing, and the semi- molten resin films are cooled and solidified to produce the pelletized synthetic resin, the resin films are heated from the outside, and the ambient air heated during the pelletization is used to pre-heat the resin films to be pelletized next.</p> |
