PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to issue a portable storage medium stabilized independently of a contact memory/non-contact memory, prevented from being illegally intercepted and having a high communication speed. SOLUTION: The portable storage medium is provided with a contact memory 14 allowed to be connected with a contact interface and capable of storing contact data, a non-contact memory 16 allowed to be connected to the contact interface and a non-contact interface and capable of storing non-contact data, a memory access means 12 for connecting both the memories 14, 16 to the contact interface and writing data, and a memory access control means 11 for logically separating the means 12 from the non-contact memory 16 by flag processing. |
