PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation-preventing structure for a metallic upper case body in a panel for a free access floor constituted of the upper and lower parts of a core plate material lapped with metallic case bodies. SOLUTION: In the lower case body 2 and the upper case body 3 in which the lower and upper parts of a core plate material 1 are fitted loose respectively, a protruded part 2c collides with the corner of the upper case body 3 of the adjacent panel P1 and the shock at the collision is absorbed by the elastic cushioning action of the protruded part and guides the peripheral plate 3b by the protrusion so as not to collide with the corner of the panel P1 when a panel P2 taken out is dropped to return to the original position on account of the structure forming the chevron-shaped protrusion 2c at the peripheral plate part 2b of the lower case body 2.
