PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost, to improve assembling performance, and to reduce a manufacturing cost by forming the highly flexible constitution by freely selecting variations of a building constituted by assembling H shape steel, and using the H shape steel as a commom member. SOLUTION: H shape steel 20 having the same cross section is connectably constituted in the longitudinal, lateral and vertical directions of a joint part 21, and the joint part 21 joins almost rectangular plates 23L, 23R to the left and right of an H-shaped member 22 of an almost H shape in a side view. A joint part 31 can be connected even in a midway part of the H shape steel 20 as the two-piece constitution.
