SOLUTION: Plural flat division surfaces 2 partitioned by a joint 10 are formed on a wall surface 1. Then, among the flat division surfaces, at least a partial flat division surface is formed as pollution restraining division surfaces 20 by performing pollution restraining processing on a concrete texture, and polished division surfaces 21 by polishing the concrete texture are included in residual flat division surfaces.
